1. News Trading Rules (All Accounts)
News trading is permitted, but subject to the following conditions:
- ✅ You can open, close, and hold trades during news
- ✅ No restriction on trading activity
- ⚠️ Profit adjustments apply during specific time windows
2. News Profit Adjustment Rule
Time Window
Trades executed within:
- 15 minutes before a high-impact news event
- 15 minutes after a high-impact news event
➡️ Total window: 30 minutes
Profit Calculation
- Only 30% of profits from trades opened or closed within this window will be counted
Losses
- Losses are fully counted (100%)
- No adjustments apply to losses
3. Applicable Trade Types
This rule applies to all trade executions:
- Market orders (open & close)
- Pending orders
- Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) triggers
4. Minimum Trade Duration Rule (Scalping)
To ensure fair trading practices:
⏱ Minimum Holding Time: 5 Minutes
- All trades must be held for at least 5 minutes
- Trades closed in less than 5 minutes may be considered invalid
⚠️ Violations may result in:
- Profit adjustments
- Account review
- Account termination
5. Trade & News Correlation
The News Profit Adjustment Rule applies only when:
- The event is classified as high-impact news
- The news directly affects the traded instrument
Examples:
- EUR/USD trade during USD or EUR news → Rule applies
- EUR/USD trade during unrelated news (e.g., AUD) → Rule does not apply

- Profit outside news: $10,000
- Profit during news: $1,000
➡️ Counted news profit = $1,000 (30%)
➡️ Total counted profit = $10,300
