All Challenge purchases are final. Once an account is issued, no refunds are allowed. Refunds are only possible if Brisk Markets decides not to issue the account.
1. General Policy
All purchases of Brisk Markets Challenge Accounts are considered non-refundable.
Once a challenge account is:
- Issued
- Delivered
- Activated
➡️ The purchase becomes final and non-refundable
2. No Refund After Account Issuance
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances if:
- The account has been issued
- The account has been accessed or used
- The trader has placed any trades
- The trader decides not to continue
- The trader fails the challenge
3. Exception – Account Not Issued
A refund may only be considered in cases where:
- Brisk Markets decides not to issue the account
- This may occur due to:
- Failed internal checks
- Compliance or risk concerns
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, the payment will be fully refunded.
4. Reset Fees
- All reset fees are non-refundable
- Resets are considered a new service purchase
5. Passing Reward (Refund After Success)
- The challenge fee is refunded only after successfully passing both phases
- Paid together with the first withdrawal
- Subject to account approval and compliance review
6. Chargebacks & Abuse
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban from Brisk Markets
7. Final Note
By purchasing a Brisk Markets Challenge, you acknowledge that:
- You are buying a digital service
- Access is granted immediately upon account issuance
- The purchase is final and non-refundable
